Connect Shipway to Gran
Shipway tracks shipments across many couriers for Shopify brands. Connecting it gives Gran Delivery each order’s courier and outcome, so RTO and COD returns are measured from the source.
What Gran reads
- Shipment status, courier and AWB for each order
- Delivered and RTO outcomes, checked every hour
Read-only tracking. The licence key is stored encrypted.
Set it up
- In Shipway, copy your licence key from Settings → API.
- In Gran, open Connections → Delivery and choose Shipway.
- Enter your Shipway login email and the licence key; Gran checks them and tracks your recent orders.

Does connecting Shipway cost extra?
No. Every integration is included. Some of what it powers is part of Gran Pro, and every new account starts with 7 days of Pro.
How do I disconnect it?
From Connections in Gran, at any time. Disconnecting also deletes the data Gran synced from it.
