What is collected

When you use the contact or booking forms, the details you enter (such as your name, email, company and message) are stored securely on this site's server and sent to me by email. Nothing is collected unless you submit a form.

How it is used

• To reply to your enquiry or arrange a conversation
• Nothing else. You are never added to a mailing list without asking.

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn measurement tools to understand which pages are useful and to measure the reach of content. These services may set cookies. You can block them in your browser settings or with a content blocker without affecting how the site works.

Advertising

Some essays, tools and glossary pages may show advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads never appear inside a calculator, and the free tools never send the numbers you enter to anyone.

Newsletter and scheduling

Operator's Notes is published on LinkedIn, and subscriptions are handled by LinkedIn under its own privacy policy. If you book through the embedded scheduler, the booking is handled by that provider under its own policy.
