Shiva Sharma is a global growth marketing leader and author. For more than a decade he has built and owned digital revenue engines across India, the US, the UK, Europe and the GCC, from paid acquisition on Meta and Google to the measurement, lead-quality and P&L disciplines that make growth defensible. He currently leads global D2C growth for a multi-market Ayurveda and wellness business, where combined digital revenue grew 80% in a single quarter while US marketing spend stayed under 8% of revenue. Earlier, he took a three-brand D2C portfolio to seven-figure revenue within ten months of launch, led digital for premium automotive and luxury retail brands, and delivered more than 150 client engagements through his own agency. He writes Operator's Notes, a monthly newsletter on growth, and is the author of The Movement (2026) and Nobody Is Thinking About You (2026).
