Connect Shiprocket to Gran
Shiprocket ships through many couriers, so connecting it gives Gran Delivery live status for every courier in one go, and lets Gran rank those couriers on your own COD returns.
What Gran reads
- Shipment status for every AWB
- Courier partner for each shipment
- Delivered, RTO and NDR dates
- Freight and COD charges where Shiprocket shares them
Read-only: Gran never books, edits or cancels a shipment. The API user’s details are stored encrypted.
Set it up
- In Shiprocket, create an API user under Settings → API.
- In Gran, open Connections → Delivery and choose Shiprocket.
- Enter the API user’s email and password; Gran checks them and syncs straight away.

Does connecting Shiprocket cost extra?
No. Every integration is included. Some of what it powers is part of Gran Pro, and every new account starts with 7 days of Pro.
How do I disconnect it?
From Connections in Gran, at any time. Disconnecting also deletes the data Gran synced from it.
