ClickPost sits across every courier a larger brand uses. Connected, it sends Gran each status the moment the courier reports it.
What Gran reads
- Every courier status as it happens, by webhook
- A daily check of shipments still moving
- Delivered, NDR and RTO with dates

Set it up
- Get your ClickPost API username and licence key.
- In Gran, open Connections → Delivery and choose ClickPost.
- Paste the webhook address Gran shows into ClickPost under Settings → Notifications → Webhooks.

No. Every integration is included. Some of what it powers is part of Gran Pro, and every new account starts with 7 days of Pro.
How do I disconnect it?
From Connections in Gran, at any time. Disconnecting also deletes the data Gran synced from it.
